Booking platforms usually charge in one of three ways: a monthly subscription, a fee on the first booking of new clients, or a commission on every booking. Before you choose, add up what each model costs you per year with your number of appointments.
Your studio profile is your booking page: services with price and duration, time slots, breaks and days off. Requests arrive as notifications – approve them in one tap or confirm them automatically.
Export your client list and service menu as a CSV file and import it – you see a preview with duplicates first. Connect your current calendar via its iCal link, so nothing is booked twice while you use both.

No. With your profile link, clients can also book directly in the browser – they just sign in with Google or email. In the TattooMe app they also get chat, reminders and their appointment overview.
Yes. With the Team plan you invite your artists to your studio, assign services to employees and your clients choose who they want to book. The team board shows who works when, and you move appointments by drag and drop – your clients are informed automatically. Every team member uses their own account – free, or with their own Pro for the Pro tools.
Download the app, sign up and switch your profile to a business account. A short setup guides you through address, services and time slots. Then share your profile link – and you’re ready for your first booking.
